socratictutor.com is the public and exposed website for EduCAD Learning Solutions, Inc's EduCAD-ST product. This privacy policy is related to access from that website to all EduCAD Learning Solutions, Inc. websites including but not limited to socratictutor.com. EduCAD Learning Solutions, Inc. Please note this applies only to EduCAD Learning Solutions, Inc. not to other companies' or organizations' websites to which we link. EduCAD-ST Data
EduCAD-ST uses specific data that is provided when you register to use the service to provide specific enhancements within the product. Additionally it uses specific data as provided by your browser in the normal activity of browsing the web site. This information is used by the EduCAD-ST product to enhance the user experience and is required by the product. EduCAD Learning Solutions does not sell or provide individual data that has been provided for use in the EduCAD-ST product to outside sources with any identifiable personal data including but not limited to any of the information obtained to process a purchase from EduCAD Learning Solutions, Inc.
EduCAD-ST, in reporting, does use aggregate demographic and psychographic information that was provided by users in the registration process to generate reports that are shown to users. There is no personally identifiable data included in those reports.
